Deadlift, 3x5 @ 82.5%

Anaerobic Capacity
Without setting the bar down, complete 5 reps of each of the following exercises:
Deadlift
Bent over row
Hang power clean
Front squat
Push Press
Back Squat

Complete 4 rounds with 90 seconds rest between rounds, working up to the heaviest weight possible
